  • 1.5 tbsp - ghee
  • 1 tbsp - wheat flour
  • 1 cup - water
  • 1.5 cup - milk
  • Sugar to taste

How to Make Aate Ki Raab

  • Heat ghee in a pan.
  • Add flour; roast flour stirring continuously, over low fire.
  • When flour is a light golden brown, and exudes strong aroma, add water.
  • Stir continuously to avoid lumps and bring to a boil.
  • Add milk and sugar.
  • Bring to boil and allow to boil for 2 minutes.
