  • 1/2 cup - Channa dal
  • 1/4 cup - Rice
  • 1/4 cup - Urad Dal
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Green chilli paste
  • 1/4 cup - chopped Onion
  • salt to taste
  • A few Coriander leaves
  • Oil
  • How to Make Adai Dosa:

    1. Soak the dals and rice together for 2 hours, then grind it into a thick and coarse paste.
    2. Add the chopped onions, chilli powder, coriander leaves and green chilli paste, mix well and prepare the batter.
    3. Heat a girdle and spread a scoop of the batter evenly on the pan.
    4. Add oil around edges and cook. When it turns slightly golden, remove and serve with chutney.
