  • Ginger - 1/4 kilo
  • Tamarind - 1/4 kilo
  • Garlic -100 gm
  • salt - 1/2 cup
  • chilli powder - 1/2 cup
  • Jaggery to taste (vellam)
  • gingili oil - 1/2 kg
  • vendhiam - 50 gm
  • Rai - 50 gm

How to Make Adharak ki chutney

  • Clean the ginger and make a thick paste in mixie
  • Add tamarind to boiling water for half an hour and make a paste
  • Mix chilli powder, salt, vendhiam powder, rai powder with both the pastes
  • Add oil and curry leaves and mix with the paste and fry.
  • Ginger chutney is ready.
