Ingredients

  • Ginger - 1/4 kilo
  • Tamarind - 1/4 kilo
  • Garlic -100 gm
  • salt - 1/2 cup
  • chilli powder - 1/2 cup
  • Jaggery to taste (vellam)
  • gingili oil - 1/2 kg
  • vendhiam - 50 gm
  • Rai - 50 gm
  • How to Make Adharak ki chutney:

    1. Clean the ginger and make a thick paste in mixie
    2. Add tamarind to boiling water for half an hour and make a paste
    3. Mix chilli powder, salt, vendhiam powder, rai powder with both the pastes
    4. Add oil and curry leaves and mix with the paste and fry.
    5. Ginger chutney is ready.
