Adrak chutney or Ginger chutney has the goodness of ginger combined with the tartness of lemon and the sweetness of sugar. How to Make Adrak Chutney

  • Heat a non stick pan, add ginger and saute on medium heat until moisture evaporates.
  • Add sugar and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add powdered spices and cook for another 1 minute.
  • Remove from heat, add lemon juice and allow to cool.
