Ingredients

  • Chicken - 1 kg
  • Tomatoes - 1 kg
  • Green chillies - 10 (thick one - mild )
  • Black Pepper - 1 tbsp (freshly crushed)
  • salt - to taste
  • Oil - 6 tbsp
  • How to Make Afghan Kadhai:

    1. Heat oil in kadhai and fry the chicken till brown, add tomatoes and fry it for few minutes and let the chicken cook in this.
    2. When chicken is tender add chopped green chillies and cook it for few minutes and then add black pepper and salt.
    3. It's ready to serve. Garnish - with ginger juliene.
