Ingredients

  • Chicken - 1 kg
  • Tomatoes - 1 kg
  • Green Chillies - 10 (thick one - mild )
  • Black Pepper - 1 tbsp (freshly crushed)
  • salt - to taste
  • Oil - 6 tbsp

How to Make Afghan Kadhai

  • Heat oil in kadhai and fry the chicken till brown, add tomatoes and fry it for few minutes and let the chicken cook in this.
  • When chicken is tender add chopped green chillies and cook it for few minutes and then add black pepper and salt.
  • It's ready to serve. Garnish - with ginger juliene.
