Ingredients

  • Agar Agar - 15 g
  • Sugar - 75 g
  • Essence - Red and green
  • Nuts - badam, Pista flakes as needed
  • Chopped fruits - Strawberry, kiwis (as needed)
  • Water - 650 ml
  • For garnishing:
  • Gems candy or chocolate sticks
  • How to Make Agar Agar pudding:

    1. Powder the agar agar and dissolve in the water.
    2. Add sugar and boil it. Strain it.
    3. Divide the agar agar and put it in two separate bowl. Mix the green essence in one bowl, and the red essence in the other.
    4. Add strawberries in the red bowl and kiwi in the green bowl.
    5. Sprinkle the badam-pista flakes in each bowl.
    6. Keep it in fridge for about 2 to 3 hours.
    7. Serve garnished with Gems or chocolate sticks
