Ingredients

  • Agar Agar - 15 g
  • Sugar - 75 g
  • Essence - Red and green
  • Nuts - badam, pista flakes as needed
  • Chopped fruits - Strawberry, kiwis (as needed)
  • Water - 650 ml
  • For garnishing:
  • Gems candy or chocolate sticks

How to Make Agar Agar pudding

  • Powder the agar agar and dissolve in the water.
  • Add sugar and boil it. Strain it.
  • Divide the agar agar and put it in two separate bowl. Mix the green essence in one bowl, and the red essence in the other.
  • Add strawberries in the red bowl and kiwi in the green bowl.
  • Sprinkle the badam-pista flakes in each bowl.
  • Keep it in fridge for about 2 to 3 hours.
  • Serve garnished with Gems or chocolate sticks
