  • 1 cup - whole Wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp - ajwain
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Ghee - 2 tbsp

How to Make

  • Mix well all the ingredients and add enough water and knead to a soft dough and keep covered for 15 mins.
  • Divide the dough into 4 equal portions.
  • Roll out each portion into a round of 100 mm (4 inch) diameter.
  • Roast the roti on a hot tava, smear ghee and serve when both sides turn golden brown.
  • Serve.
