  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup - Milk
  • 1.5 tsp- CTC tea leaves
  • 2 tsp- Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp - ajwain or omam seeds
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon powder

How to Make Ajwain Ki Chai

  • Heat water, add seeds, tea, cinnamon.
  • Simmer for 1 minute.
  • Add sugar, milk, stir.
  • Allow to boil, and simmer till colour is as desired.
  • Stand cover for 1 minute, to brew.
  • Strain and serve piping hot.
  • Serve hot with biscuits, khakra (refer recipe index), etc.
