Ingredients

  • 2 cups - atta (whole Wheat flour)
  • 1/4 cup - besan (gram flour)
  • 1/4 cup - Coriander leaves (cilantro)
  • 1 tsp - mirch powder (red chilli powder)
  • 2 tsp - ajwain
  • salt according to taste
  • refined oil

How to Make Ajwain Poori

  • Mix atta and besan. Add water to this and knead the dough.
  • Add the remaining ingredients.
  • Let it rest for 1/2 hour.
  • Flatten the dough into small discs.
  • Deep-fry in any refined oil.
