Ingredients

  • 6 - eggs
  • 2 - small Onions
  • 1 - Tomato
  • 3 - chopped Green chillies
  • 1 tbsp - chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp - chopped Raw Mango
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Ghee or Butter
  • How to Make Akoori on Toast:

    1. Chop onions and fry till golden brown.
    2. Add remaining ingredients and fry.
    3. Remove from fire and break the eggs into the fried masala, stir well and replace on the fire.
    4. Cook on a low fire.
    5. Serve on toast.
