Ingredients

  • Almonds (roasted, chopped) - 1/2 cup
  • Digestive Biscuits (crushed) - 1 cup
  • Plain Chocolate - 175 gm
  • Honey - 2 tbsp
  • Butter - 50 gm
  • You can add some raisins, sultanas, and glace Cherries to the mixture

How to Make Almond And Chocolate Fingers

  • Grease and line a square cake tin.
  • Put the butter, chocolate and honey in a pan and heat gently until melted.
  • Stir in the biscuits crumbs and almonds until thoroughly mixed, turn into the prepared tin and smooth the top.
  • Leave until set, then cut into fingers before serving.
