Ingredients

  • 2 cans - Evaporated Milk
  • 3 cups - Cream
  • 1.5 cups - Sweetened condensed Milk
  • 1/2 cup - Blanched, minced Almonds
  • 1/2 cup - Powdered Pistachio nuts
  • 1 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • How to Make Almond and Pista Kulfi:

    1. Combine evaporated milk, cream and sweetened condensed milk. Chill
    2. Add almonds, pistachios and cardamoms.
    3. Whip in an electric blender on medium speed for 3 mins or till well blended.
    4. Fill kulfi moulds.
    5. Freeze for at least 8 hours.
    6. Unmould to serve.
