  • 1 cup - whole blanched Almonds
  • 1 tsp - Butter or margarine
  • 7 to 8 bars - white chocolate
  • How to Make Almond Bark:

    1. Put blanched almonds and butter in a microwave-proof pie plate.
    2. Cook on high for 4 to 5 minutes, or until toasted.
    3. Stir twice during cooking.
    4. Set aside.
    5. Put white chocolate in a large, microwave-proof mixing bowl and cook on high for 2.5 to 3 minutes, or until softened.
    6. Stir in almonds and pour on a waxed paper lined on baking sheets.
    7. Spread to desired thickness and refrigerate until set.
