Ingredients

  • 5 cups - Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup - boiled Milk
  • 1/2 cup - Sugar
  • 1/2 cup - Rice
  • 1/2 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • 5 - Pistachios crushed coarsely
  • 10 - Almonds crushed coarsely
  • How to Make Almond Coconut Milk Kheer:

    1. Boil the coconut milk, add rice and cook thoroughly.
    2. Add milk and cook until the mixture thickens and turns semi-solid.
    3. Add sugar and the remaining ingredients
    4. Serve hot.
