  • 1 pound - seedless dates
  • 100 g - almonds
  • 100 g - pistachios
  • 100 g - cashew nuts
  • 2 tsp - ghee

How to Make Almond Date Rolls

  • Grind the dates in a grinder.
  • Chop all the dry fruits.
  • In a pan, heat ghee and add ground dates and dry fruit together.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a pan for about 10 minutes on medium to low fire.
  • Let it cool down for about 5 minutes.
  • Make long cylindrical rolls with the hand.
  • Chill the rolls in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to harden.
  • Then cut it into round pieces.
  • Serve.
