Ingredients

  • 1 cup - almonds
  • 1 cup - milk
  • 1/2 cup - sugar
  • 2 tbsp. - pure ghee
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 tbsp. - vanilla essence
  • 1/2 tbsp. - cardamom powder

How to Make Almond Fudge

  • Make a paste of 3/4th cup of almonds.
  • Cut the remaining 1/4th cup almonds into long strips and keep it aside.
  • Heat a non-stick pan and add the almond paste, milk, sugar, condensed milk, vanilla essence and cardamom powder and keep adding ghee little by little until a thick consistency is reached.
  • When the mixture is well cooked and becomes thick and leaves the sides of the pan, pour into a greased tray and allow it to cool.
  • After cooling, sprinkle the remaining almond strips on top and press well with a spatula.
  • Cut into thick, square pieces and serve.
