Ingredients

  • ½ cup - Almonds (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 2 tsp - Butter (for greasing the thali)
  • packs of vanilla ice-cream (as required)
  • How to Make Almond Praline with Vanilla Ice Cream:

    1. Melt the sugar in a non-stick pan on a low flame.
    2. When the sugar turns light brown add the chopped almonds. Simmer.
    3. The sugar and the almonds should blend well. Grease a thali with butter.
    4. Pour the almond and sugar mixture into the greased thali and spread.
    5. When cool overturn the almond mixture on a wooden board and crush coarsely.
    6. The almond praline is ready.
