Ingredients

  • Papad - 1 packet
  • Potatoes - 3
  • Onion - 1
  • Garlic - 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger - 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilli - 2
  • Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
  • Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tsp
  • Cumin - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
  • How to Make Aloo - Papad:

    1. Fry all the papads and keep aside.
    2. Boil the potatoes, mash it and keep aside.
    3. In a kadai, pour vegetable oil and splutter jeera.
    4. Now add garlic-ginger paste, chopped onion and split green chillies. Fry them for 2 mins.
    5. Add the mashed potatoes, turmeric, garam masala, jeera and coriander powder.
    6. Fry well for 2 minutes and add 2 cups of water.
    7. When it comes to a boil, add the papad, cover and leave for 2 minutes.
