Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Potato, boiled and cut into 1 cm dices
  • 1 cup - Pomegranate seeds
  • 1 cup - Curd
  • 1 tbsp - Coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 - Green chilli, finely chopped (optional)
  • Salt and Sugar (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp - Chaat Masala

How to Make Aloo Anar Raita

  • Beat curd. Add salt and sugar and mix well.
  • To this, add boiled potato dices and pomegranate seeds.
  • Add green chillies and mix well.
  • Add a pinch of Chaat Masala and mix.
  • Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and Chaat powder.
  • Ready to serve.
