How to Make

  • Boil the potato.
  • In a pan fry the onion with garlic and mix the garam masala, then mix the boiled potato, salt and mix them properly and make into small rounds.
  • Dip them in besan paste (salt as per requirement) and fry them in oil.
  • Serve hot with sauce
