Ingredients

  • Potato - 1
  • Beans - 4
  • Channa dal - 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard - 1 tsp
  • Jeera - 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves - few
  • Red Chilli - 2
  • Onion - 1
  • Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
  • How to Make Aloo Beans:

    1. Boil potato and channa dal
    2. Boil beans in microwave for 7 min
    3. Take 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan, splutter mustard and jeera then add curry leaves and red chilli.
    4. Add onions, fry till transparent
    5. Add beans, channa dal, potato, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.
    6. Fry for 5 min and serve.
