Ingredients

  • 100 g - fine sev (readymade)
  • 10 boiled Potatoes (cut into quarters)
  • 1 small bowl sweet date chutney
  • 1 small bowl green chutney
  • ½ tsp - chaat masala powder
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seed powder
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder (or as taste)
  • juice of a Lemon
  • handful of Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Aloo Chaat:

    1. Place the potatoes in an glass bowl.
    2. Add the chutneys as per taste.
    3. Add chaat masala powder, cumin seed powder, red chilli powder and some salt.
    4. Add lemon juice and mix gently.
    5. Garnish with coriander leaves and sev.
