  • 100 g - fine sev (readymade)
  • 10 boiled Potatoes (cut into quarters)
  • 1 small bowl sweet date chutney
  • 1 small bowl green chutney
  • ½ tsp - chaat masala powder
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seed powder
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder (or as taste)
  • juice of a Lemon
  • handful of Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • salt to taste

How to Make Aloo Chaat

  • Place the potatoes in an glass bowl.
  • Add the chutneys as per taste.
  • Add chaat masala powder, cumin seed powder, red chilli powder and some salt.
  • Add lemon juice and mix gently.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and sev.
