Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Wheat Flour
  • 1/2 cup - boiled & mashed Potatoes
  • 1/4 cup - grated Cheese
  • 1 - chopped Green chilli
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup - Oil
  • How to Make Aloo Cheese Ka Paratha:

    1. Take all the above ingredients add 2 tbsp oil and knead into dough.
    2. Roll chapathi out of that dough and fry it with oil on a pan or on tawa.
    3. Serve it with Green Chutney or with Tomato Ketchup.
