  • 1 cup - rice
  • 2 to 3 medium-sized boiled potatoes (mashed well)
  • 2 tbsp - ghee or butter
  • little milk ( to soften the mashed potatoes)
  • 2 - eggs (hard boiled)
  • finely chopped green chillies (as per taste)

How to Make Aloo Deem Sheddo Phena Bhaat

  • Clean, wash and soak the rice for about 30 minutes.
  • Cook the rice to a smooth starchy consistency (do not drain away the starch).
  • Mix together the mashed potatoes, ghee or butter, little milk and salt.
  • Mash the eggs, add little salt and some chopped green chillies.
  • Mix well.
  • Serve steaming hot rice with mashed potatoes and eggs.
  • To relish, eat with your fingers.
