Ingredients

  • Potato - 4 big
  • Oil - for frying
  • Salt- to taste
  • How to Make Aloo Fry:

    1. Wash, peel and cut the potato into small pieces.
    2. Heat oil in a kadai and fry the potato till it turns light brown.
    3. Sprinkle table salt to taste and toss well to mix evenly.
