Ingredients

  • 1/2 - medium size Cauliflower cut into thin flowerets
  • 1 - Potato peeled and cut as thin fries
  • 1 - Egg
  • 1 tbsp - Poppy Seeds
  • 1/2 - onion, chopped in length
  • 2 - Green chillies slit lengthwise
  • Salt
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • How to Make Aloo Gobi Fry with Eggs:

    1. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan.
    2. Add potatoes, cauliflower, salt and turmeric.
    3. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
    4. Remove cover, add onion.
    5. Cook till all vegetables turn tender.
    6. Add chillies and poppy seeds.
    7. Make space in the middle of the pan.
    8. Break the egg into the centre and mix it with other ingredients.
    9. Fry for 1 minute.
    10. Remove from heat and serve.
