Ingredients

  • 2 - big Potatoes
  • Oil to deep fry
  • For seasoning:
  • 1 tsp - rasam powder
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • 1 pinch - mustard
  • Curry leaves (optional)
  • A dash of Hing
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Aloo Kannapuri:

    1. Cut potatoes into cubes and deep fry till golden brown.
    2. Drain and keep aside on an absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
    3. In a wok, heat oil, add mustard seeds and let it crackle.
    4. Add the rest of the seasoning ingredients and stir fry.
    5. Add fried potatoes and toss till well coated.
    6. Serve hot or cold with bread or roti.
