  • 1 - boiled and fried potato(aloo)
  • 50 g - sweet boondi
  • 1 tbsp- sugar
  • 1/4 tsp - cardamom
  • 1 tsp - dry fruits
  • ghee

How to Make Aloo Kheer

  • Boil the potato, chop and deep fry it.
  • Reduce the milk into half on a slow fire.
  • Bring this to room temperature, then add the fried potatoes, sweet boondi, cardamom and dry fruits
