Ingredients

  • 7 - medium size potatoes,
  • 3 - chopped green chillies,
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder,
  • 1 tsp - Jeera powder,
  • 1 tsp - turmeric,
  • 1 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves,
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Aloo Ki Sabzi:

    1. Cut potatoes to large pieces.
    2. Heat oil in pan, add mustard and cumin seeds and allow to splutter.
    3. Add asafoetida powder, potatoes and mix it.
    4. Add all ingredients and salt to taste.
    5. Mix again properly and turn off the gas.
    6. Now take a glass baking dish, grease it and add the potatoes.
    7. Cover with aluminium foil and keep in the lower rack of the oven.
    8. Bake for 20-25 min at 350 degrees F.
    9. Serve warm.
