Ingredients

  • 7 - medium size potatoes,
  • 3 - chopped green chillies,
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder,
  • 1 tsp - jeera powder,
  • 1 tsp - turmeric,
  • 1 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves,
  • 1 tsp - garam masala
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Aloo Ki Sabzi

  • Cut potatoes to large pieces.
  • Heat oil in pan, add mustard and cumin seeds and allow to splutter.
  • Add asafoetida powder, potatoes and mix it.
  • Add all ingredients and salt to taste.
  • Mix again properly and turn off the gas.
  • Now take a glass baking dish, grease it and add the potatoes.
  • Cover with aluminium foil and keep in the lower rack of the oven.
  • Bake for 20-25 min at 350 degrees F.
  • Serve warm.
