Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, boiled, peeled, cubed
  • 1/2 cup - peanuts, roasted coarsely pounded
  • 3 green chillies, chopped
  • 5 Curry leaves
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 4 tbsp - Ghee
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp - Sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Aloo moongfali:

    1. Heat ghee.
    2. Add cumin seed and curry.
    3. When seeds pop, add chillies, potatoes and peanuts.
    4. Stir till pinkish brown.
    5. Add sugar, salt and lemon juice.
    6. Serve with puris.
