Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, boiled, peeled, cubed
  • 1/2 cup - peanuts, roasted coarsely pounded
  • 3 green chillies, chopped
  • 5 Curry leaves
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 4 tbsp - Ghee
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp - Sugar
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Aloo moongfali

  • Heat ghee.
  • Add cumin seed and curry.
  • When seeds pop, add chillies, potatoes and peanuts.
  • Stir till pinkish brown.
  • Add sugar, salt and lemon juice.
  • Serve with puris.
