Ingredients

  • Potatoes - 250 g
  • Green peas - 1 cup
  • Onion - 1 chopped
  • Tomatoes - 2
  • Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Jeera powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala- 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Aloo Mutter:

    1. Boil the potatoes. Remove the skin and cut into cubes.
    2. Heat oil in a pan. Add the chopped onions and fry well.
    3. Add ginger garlic paste. Saute for a minute.
    4. Add chopped tomatoes, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, jeera powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Saute till tomato softens.
    5. Then add the cooked peas and boiled potatoes.
    6. Add 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 mins
    7. Take off heat and serve hot with rotis.
