How to Make Aloo Mutter with Garlic Flavor

  • Grind garlic, coriander, tomatoes, green chillies, onion, salt and turmeric.
  • Heat oil in a cooker.
  • Add the ground masala and roast until the oil separates from the ground paste.
  • Add potatoes and green peas and mix well.
  • Add water and pressure cook for 5-10 mins.
  • Serve hot with chappatis.
