Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Green peas
  • 2 - medium-sized potatoes, cubed
  • 2 - medium sized Tomatoes
  • 3-4 flakes - Garlic
  • 1/2 cup - Coriander leaves
  • 2 - Green chillies
  • 1 - small Onion
  • Salt to taste
  • A pinch of Turmeric
  • How to Make Aloo Mutter with Garlic Flavor:

    1. Grind garlic, coriander, tomatoes, green chillies, onion, salt and turmeric.
    2. Heat oil in a cooker.
    3. Add the ground masala and roast until the oil separates from the ground paste.
    4. Add potatoes and green peas and mix well.
    5. Add water and pressure cook for 5-10 mins.
    6. Serve hot with chappatis.
