Ingredients

  • eggs - 2
  • Potato - 1
  • Onion -1
  • Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil - 3 tsp
  • Pepper powder - as required
  • How to Make Aloo Omelette:

    1. For making potato curry: Splutter mustard, add chopped onions and fry till transparent.
    2. Boil and mash potatoes and add it to the onions.
    3. Add required amount of chilli powder and salt and let cook for 5 minutes.
    4. For omelette:
    5. Beat eggs well and add a little salt and the above potato curry.
    6. Stir thoroughly.
    7. Heat the pan and pour the above mixture, sprinkle pepper powder on it.
    8. Turn the omelette carefully, Let cook.
    9. Serve
