Ingredients

  • 1 Potato (medium sized)
  • 1.5 cups - Wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp - Jeera
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 2 tsp - Curd
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Aloo Poori:

    1. Boil and peel the potato and smash it well. Add all other items, if required add water and make a soft dough. Keep it a side for 1 hour.
    2. Make small balls out of it and roll it.
    3. Deep fry it till golden brown.
    4. Serve hot with different sauces/chutneys.
