How to Make Aloo Pudhina

  • Boil and peel potatoes, and cut into 1-inch cubes.
  • Heat oil in a wok, add cumin seeds, asafoetida and chopped green chillies.
  • Fry for some time and then add the potatoes immediately.
  • Add pudina, salt and all masala, and fry till potatoes turn light brown.
  • Put chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice and mix well.
  • Serve as a side dish.
