  • Boiled Potatoes - 2
  • Tomatoes, chopped lengthwise - 3
  • Onions, chopped lengthwise - 2
  • Sambar powder - 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves, chopped fine for garnishing
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • How to Make Aloo rasawalla:

    1. Cube the boiled potatoes.
    2. keep aside In a pan, add the oil and splutter the mustard seeds.
    3. Add the turmeric powder and onions.
    4. Saute till it becomes light brown.
    5. Add the tomatoes and saute till it becomes mashed.
    6. Add the sambhar powder, chilli powder, salt and mix well
    7. Add the potatoes, add 1 cup of water and cook till done
    8. Once it is blended well, switch off the gas and garnish with coriander leaves
