Ingredients

  • Boiled Potatoes - 2
  • Tomatoes, chopped lengthwise - 3
  • Onions, chopped lengthwise - 2
  • Sambar powder - 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves, chopped fine for garnishing
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder - 1 tsp

How to Make Aloo rasawalla

  • Cube the boiled potatoes.
  • keep aside In a pan, add the oil and splutter the mustard seeds.
  • Add the turmeric powder and onions.
  • Saute till it becomes light brown.
  • Add the tomatoes and saute till it becomes mashed.
  • Add the sambhar powder, chilli powder, salt and mix well
  • Add the potatoes, add 1 cup of water and cook till done
  • Once it is blended well, switch off the gas and garnish with coriander leaves
