  • 4 slices - Sandwich bread
  • 2 - Potatoes
  • 2 - Finely chopped green chillies
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric
  • A pinch of asafoetida
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to fry

How to Make Aloo Sandwich

  • Boil and mash the potato.
  • Add the green chillies, turmeric, asafoetida and salt.
  • Make the potato into small vadas and shallow fry them.
  • Take one slice of the sandwich bread and keep the potato vada and top it with another bread slice.
  • Toast the sandwich in a sandwich toaster.
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce.
