Ingredients

  • 4 slices - Sandwich bread
  • 2 - Potatoes
  • 2 - Finely chopped Green chillies
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric
  • A pinch of Asafoetida
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to fry
  • How to Make Aloo Sandwich:

    1. Boil and mash the potato.
    2. Add the green chillies, turmeric, asafoetida and salt.
    3. Make the potato into small vadas and shallow fry them.
    4. Take one slice of the sandwich bread and keep the potato vada and top it with another bread slice.
    5. Toast the sandwich in a sandwich toaster.
    6. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
