Ingredients

250 g - besan/gram flour

1 - medium sized boiled and mashed Potato

1 tsp - Red Chilli powder

salt

1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste

oil

Method

  1. Knead a dough of besan using salt, potato, ginger-garlic paste and red chilli powder.
  2. Add the dough into a sev making machine.
  3. Squeeze out sevs in to oil and fry till done
