Ingredients

  • 250 g - besan/gram flour
  • 1 - medium sized boiled and mashed Potato
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • salt
  • 1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • oil

How to Make Aloo Sev

  • Knead a dough of besan using salt, potato, ginger-garlic paste and red chilli powder.
  • Add the dough into a sev making machine.
  • Squeeze out sevs in to oil and fry till done
