  • 250g - Potato
  • 15g - Green chillies (chopped)
  • 20g - Coriander leaves (chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • 5g - Garam Masala powder
  • 2.5g - Red Chilli powder
  • Refined oil for shallow fry
  • How to Make Aloo Tikki with coriander:

    1. Boil potato, mash it together with chopped green chillies and coriander.
    2. Mix in all the other ingredients and then divide the mix into eight balls and press between palms.
    3. Place on pre-heated iron plate and shallow fry.
    4. Best served hot with whipped curd and sweet chutney.
