Ingredients

  • 500 g - small Potatoes
  • 500 g - Curd
  • salt
  • 2 tbsp - cumin powder
  • 2 tbsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp - chaat masala
  • 25 g - Jaggery
  • 10 g - Tamarind pulp
  • As required - nylon sev
  • 1 - Onion
  • 2- 3 - Green chilli
  • 1 - Tomato
  • 1 cup - Coriander leaves
  • oil
  • How to Make Aloo Tuk Chaat:

    1. Cut the potato into half and deep fry it.
    2. When it is half done remove from fire, squeeze out the oil and refry it. Aloo tuk is ready.
    3. For the chutney:
    4. Boil together jaggery and tamarind pulp adding a pinch of red chilli powder, salt and cumin powder.
    5. Arrange aloo tuk on a plate and add whipped curd and chutney.
    6. Decorate with chopped onion, coriander leaves, chaat masala and nylon sev.
