How to Make Alu Pita

  • Mix boiled potatoes, butter, and salt.
  • Grind bread in a mixer finely to make a powder.
  • Make a thin paste of maida using salt and water.
  • Take oil in a pan, add onion, green chilli and saute finely cut carrot, green peas, beans, capsicum and tomato.
  • Add chilli powder, garam masala, salt and a pinch of sugar.
  • Spread the potato mixture to a handful, put the vegetable mixture at the centre and close it to form a pita.
  • Dip this pita in maida mixture and then in bread powder.
  • Deep Fried.
  • Serve hot.
