Ingredients

  • 20 - Dry Red Chillies
  • 1 tsp - Jeera
  • 1 tbsp - Coriander
  • 12 flakes - Garlic
  • 12 - Pepper Corns
  • 1 " - Turmeric
  • 1 - Onion, minced
  • 1/2 - Coconut
  • 2 - Onions
  • 8 - Green chillies
  • 1 " - Ginger
  • 1 tbsp - Vinegar
  • 20 - Sardines.
  • How to Make Ambshi Tikshi Kadi - Fish:

    1. Grind the fresh ingredients into a fine paste and keep aside.
    2. The grind the dry ingredients into a masala and keep aside.
    3. Mix the paste and the masala in vinegar, add water to it and boil the curry.
    4. Then add the fish and some salt to taste.
    5. Let it simmer for a few minutes, until the fish is cooked.
    6. Let the fish remain in the curry for some time.
    7. Serve with rice.
