  • 1/2 kg - mangoes (aam)
  • How to Make Amchoor Powder:

    1. Peel mangoes with a vegetable peeler.
    2. Slice into long thin slices and lay out the slices on a piece of cloth in the sunlight.
    3. Repeat this daily until the pieces are crisp and brittle.
    4. Pound them and then grind them till you get a fine powder.
    5. Sieve if required to make an even powder.
    6. Store in clean sterile airtight jars.
