Ingredients

  • 250 g - Amla
  • 5 to 6 Green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp - Hing powder
  • 1 tsp - Mustard Seeds
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • How to Make Amla Chutney:

    1. Pressure cook the amlas; de-seed and cool.
    2. Grind the amlas with green chillies, hing powder and salt to a paste.
    3. Heat oil and add mustard seeds.
    4. When they start to splutter, add the ground paste and mix well for two-three minutes.
    5. Can be stored for 8-10 days.
    6. Great with curd rice.
