Ingredients

  • Amla - 100g
  • Green Chilli - 1
  • Coconut - 2 tbsp
  • Mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • Urad Dal - 2 tsp

How to Make Amla (Nellikai) Chutney

  • First, dry the amla under sun for a few days.
  • After it gets dried steam the dried Nellikai in cooker (don't pour water).
  • After steaming take out the seeds and fry the fruit with chilli, coconut, mustard and dal.
  • After frying, beat this in a blender with some water and coriander and 1/4 tsp of salt to taste.
  • The chutney is ready.
