  • Amla - 100g
  • Green chilli - 1
  • Coconut - 2 tbsp
  • Mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • Urad Dal - 2 tsp
  • How to Make Amla (Nellikai) Chutney:

    1. First, dry the amla under sun for a few days.
    2. After it gets dried steam the dried Nellikai in cooker (don't pour water).
    3. After steaming take out the seeds and fry the fruit with chilli, coconut, mustard and dal.
    4. After frying, beat this in a blender with some water and coriander and 1/4 tsp of salt to taste.
    5. The chutney is ready.
