Ingredients

  • 1 - Lettuce
  • 2 - Tomatoes
  • 1 - Green Pepper
  • 1 - Carrots
  • 6 - Mushrooms
  • A few - Croutons
  • 2 tbsp - Sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup - Boiled kidney beans
  • 1/2 cup - Garbanzo Beans
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Black Pepper
  • Dressings: You can use any dressing you would like to have on your salad.
  • A few drops of Lemon juice
  • How to Make Amriki salad:

    1. Take a salad bowl or a plate. Cut lettuce and try to keep the lettuce in the middle of the plate and in equal pieces.
    2. Now, cut green peppers and mushrooms and decorate them in circle (plate).
    3. After that, cut tomatoes and carrots. Try to mix them in the lettuce.
    4. Add some garbanzo beans, kidney beans, croutons and sunflower seeds at the top of the salad.
    5. Try to spread them across.
    6. At last, put the salad dressing according to your taste.
    7. Sprinkle red chilli and black pepper at the top of whole salad.
    8. You can put some green chillies and chopped cilantro too.
