  • ½ kg - fish fillet (pomfret or seer)
  • ¾ cup - raw rice
  • 2.5 tsp - ajwain
  • 1 pinch chaat masala
  • 20 gms - ginger
  • 20 gms - garlic
  • 3 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp - roasted cumin powder
  • few drops orange color
  • ½ tsp - pepper
  • 3 tbsp - lemon juice
  • 2 green chillies
  • fresh mint leaves (for the marinade and garnish)
  • salt to taste
