Ingredients

  • ½kg - fish fillet (pomfret or seer)
  • ?cup - raw Rice
  • 2.5 tsp - ajwain
  • 1 pinch chaat masala
  • 20 gms - Ginger
  • 20 gms - Garlic
  • 3 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 2 tsp - roasted cumin powder
  • few drops Orange color
  • ?tsp - pepper
  • 3 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 2 Green chillies
  • fresh Mint leaves (for the marinade and garnish)
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Amrtisari Machli:

    1. ½ kg - fish fillet (pomfret or seer)
    2. ¾ cup - raw rice
    3. 2.5 tsp - ajwain
    4. 1 pinch chaat masala
    5. 20 gms - ginger
    6. 20 gms - garlic
    7. 3 tsp - red chilli powder
    8. 2 tsp - roasted cumin powder
    9. few drops orange color
    10. ½ tsp - pepper
    11. 3 tbsp - lemon juice
    12. 2 green chillies
    13. fresh mint leaves (for the marinade and garnish)
    14. salt to taste
