Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Mint leaves, chopped
  • 6 tbsp - Yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp - Pomegranate seeds, powdered
  • 1 tsp - Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - Lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Anardana and Mint Chutney:

    1. Blend all the ingredients along with 3 tbsp. of yoghurt to a paste in a blender.
    2. Whisk the remaining 3 tbsp of yoghurt and add to the above mixture.
    3. Mix well and serve.
