  • 2 tbsp - coriander seeds
  • 2 tsp - neem flower
  • 2 tsp - sundakaai vathal
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Angaya Powder

  • Heat a heavy bottomed pan, and add all ingredients and dry fry the ingredients
  • Grind all the ingredients in a mixer to a fine powder
  • Serve the angaya podi with hot rice and ghee.
