  • 2 tbsp - Coriander seeds
  • 2 tsp - neem flower
  • 2 tsp - sundakaai vathal
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Angaya Powder:

    1. Heat a heavy bottomed pan, and add all ingredients and dry fry the ingredients
    2. Grind all the ingredients in a mixer to a fine powder
    3. Serve the angaya podi with hot rice and ghee.
