Ingredients

  • 12 - tiger prawns
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 3 tbsp - curds
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tsp - oil

How to Make Anglo Indian Grilled Prawns

  • Shell, de-vein and wash the prawns well.
  • Marinate the prawns with all the above ingredients for about 45 minutes.
  • Place the marinated prawns in a greased baking dish and grill in a hot oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Serve with onion rings and chips.
